EAST is a framework and summary of the Behavioural Insights Team's knowledge of behavioural science, developed for busy policymakers. It is based around principles of making actions Easy, Attractive, Social and Timely (EAST) applied to a 4-step process: 1. Define the outcome, Understand the context, Build your intervention, and Test, learn, adapt.
It is a more simplified version of the publisher's prior MINDSPACE framework. The resource includes overall guidance and case studies.

La Veeduria Distrital de Bogotá, por medio de su Laboratorio de Innovación Pública Distrital LABcapital, ha diseñado e implementado el primer Índice de Innovación Pública (IIP) para ciudades. El IIP fue diseñado en 2017 e implementado en noviembre de 2018 con 39 entidades públicas de Bogotá. Los resultados de la medición fueron socializados en julio de 2019.
Esa herramienta esta dividida en 4 componentes esenciales:

El IIP es una herramienta fundamental para analizar el estado de la Innovación Pública de una entidad gubernamental. Así mismo, es un instrumento que busca definir una hoja de ruta para mejorar las acciones que una entidad pública desarrolla para potencializar su innovación.
Dentro de la información compartida sobre el IIP se encuentran:
• Los resultados de la medición del IIP: En este documento se encuentra el desglose de los componentes, variables, indicadores y valores del Índice; la información general sobre las cifras de innovación pública de Bogotá; y la clasificación de las entidades públicas distritales según el nivel de Innovación. Al final del documento de plantean algunas conclusiones.
• Bases conceptuales del IIP: En este documento se menciona la bibliografía consultada para la creación del Índice, así como la descripción de cada uno de sus componentes. Al final del documento se propone una primera versión del IIP
• Infografía sobre el proceso, resultados y buenas practicas: Breve resumen del proceso de diseño del índice; información relevante sobre la Innovación Pública en Bogotá; así como relación de algunas buenas prácticas de innovación pública identificadas las cuales han sido diseñadas, prototipadas, validadas e implementadas.
El IIP es un insumo clave para funcionarios públicos, así como académicos que busquen la generación de nuevos y mejorados indicadores y herramientas de medición, que permitan generar una primera línea base sobre el estado de la innovación en entidades públicas.
Por último, el objetivo fundamental de esta herramienta es promover y fomentar la Innovación Pública. En este sentido, el IIP busca que las entidades gubernamentales, así como los servidores públicos que conforman estas entidades, puedan: diseñar e implementar productos y servicios públicos mas costo-eficientes; con mejor calidad para los ciudadanos ;que promuevan la participación ciudadana, la rendición de cuentas y la transparencia ;generando así mejores resultados en la gestión pública y en la calidad de vida de la ciudadanía.

The Privy Council Office's Impact and Innovation Unit’s (IIU) developed this guidance for impact measurement, in support of its work under Impact Canada. This resource provides an introduction to the topic, as well as a reference for those involved in the design, delivery, procurement or appraisal of impact measurement strategies in Canada and beyond. It provides descriptions and considerations of different ways of measuring impact versus traditional methods.

The National Centre for Public Sector Innovation in Denmark has developed this guide to help public sector workplaces share their own innovations and reuse others. It is relevant for anyone who wants to collaborate on spreading an innovation from one context to another. The guide consists of six steps with recommended actions to take and associated tools that help structure the dialogue throughout the process.
This tool is a condensed version of the Agile Evalution kit. It contains the key graphs and principles, including the Argentinian government's model on the lifecycle of innovation (Planificacion, Monitoreo, Evaluacion), theory of chain explanation, proposed learning modules, a Logic Model matrix of indicators, and several lists of evaluation questions.
This guidance contains 13 implementation plans laying out practical ways to address corruption. It is divided into 6 issue areas, each with an overview of the problem as well as solutions. The plans emerged from “Smarter Crowdsourcing Anti-Corruption” (2017). The Smarter Crowdsourcing method is an agile process, which begins with problem definition followed by online sourcing of global expertise to surface innovative ideas and then turns them into practical implementation plans. This guidance includes case studies of this process in practice.

Uno de los ejes fundamentales para el mejoramiento de la Gestión Pública es la evaluación de Políticas, Planes, Proyectos que se desarrollan en el sector público.
En ese sentido, el Laboratorio de Innovación Pública de la Veeduria Distrital de Bogotá (LABcapital) ha diseñado un Portafolio de Instrumentos Innovadores para evaluar Políticas Públicas, como un insumo fundamental para servidores públicos encargados de diseñar e implementar evaluaciones en el sector público.
Este compendio de modelos y herramientas innovadoras tiene como objetivos: a) generar procesos de evaluación más inclusivos y colaborativos, b) promover costo-eficiencia, c) promover un monitoreo constante, para lo cual se puedan tomar acciones correctivas de manera más frecuente, d) prevenir el sesgo de información dejando de un lado las preferencias personales, y e) desarrollar procesos mucho más transparentes y responsables, incrementando el acceso de los ciudadanos y servidores públicos a esta valiosa información, promoviendo control preventivo y social.

The Design for Policy toolkit PROMPT is targeted toward policymakers who wish to identify where design can add value to the policy cycle process by enhancing user and citizen participation. The majority of the design tools included in the resource are common qualitative research and design methods and follow a gradual shift in emphasis from data-centred policy to people-powered policy, according to the publishers.
PROMPT has been collaboratively developed by PDR - International Design and Research Centre in co-design workshops involving civil servants from the UK, Europe and around the world. The resource includes a series of curated tools as well as objectives and instructions for their use.
