Horizontal Governing, Reinventing Cities, Unifying humanity digitally with a Gigantic Network

Innovative response

2 big things that need to change first: how we govern. change from vertical to horizontal which is virtually incorruptible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wywMhg604W8&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR1Wq4wQ6s5eAKQV1s_uqe8tB1Qo5TmJpgRZmnnmAAhkox4exSmSh87xncU

We intend to make this viral to put this in everyone's heads, you could help if you like.

The other project is to make a gigantic network with and easy to use platform for exchanging ideas, strategies, and solutions, disseminating information to the greater public, and making decisions by consensus for mass strategies and leverage to block the continuation of the neo-liberal agenda and tighter restrictions. We are 2 months into this and will need a few more months with this monumental endeavor. It could be the first step to unifying humanity, to create solidarity. utopiacornucopia.org.

We are also wishing to foment the municipalism movement world-wide by reimagining Johannesburg as a model of its feasibility and majesty. This however, will be begun after we have the network. We could use help with this, to execute it quicker, though we have the know-how. We are outsourcing much of the work.

Specific issues addressed and anticipated impact

The reset: As it is the World Economic Forum has a plan, the fourth industrial revolution, which is an extension of the neo-liberal agenda with a green look. This is unacceptible because we need the systemic changes to prevent extinction. No more contamination, pollution, and government corruption. Horizontal governing is the solution, but how to get it installed? One by transforming cities with AI and reimagining, reinventing them with local economy, decentralization, localizaton, reskilling, new kinds of work, possibly UBI unconditionally, so it can never be used to control. The AI must never be used for spying. No mandatory vaccines, no microchips. No more central banks, only local banks, perhaps with local currency that would be easy to exchange. New economies.

Our focus now, is creating the gigantic network. We are 2 months into it, have the technical know-how, and will need more months to launch. We only wish to manage it, not control it, such that every individual and organization or network, will be equally empowered.

Horizontal governing in every country on the planet would eliminate the need for militarism and would be a huge source of funding for utopianizing cities. Cities are the problem. How to make them utopias instead of dystopias. With citizen committees from each sector and the huge network to share solutions, a system outlook, solutions from each city would emerge organically, which could be scaled up through the network. Transition towns initiative is already a form of this and could be greatly expanded and made more effective.

Cities could be linked by having agreed upon social contracts that embody human needs, i.e. peace, justice, abundance, freedom, ecology, etc. A confederation, where each city would be autonomous within the framework of the social contract, similar to Rojava, Syria and Chiapas, Mexico.

Once these are in place, a regenerative society could emerge that would meet the needs of everyone.

Potential issues

We could use all the support we can get, financially and with IT specialists, writers, experts, etc.

We need to make this network secure as possible and need to be sure of the reliability of the internet or a new decentralized internet that cannot be taken down.
